Upon your arrival at Ivato International Airport, our team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Villa Sibylle is a private guesthouse located near the airport, surrounded by a tropical garden. Relax after your flight and enjoy your first dinner in Madagascar with an overnight stay there.

Day 2: Antananarivo - Ankarafantsika

Travel distance of 496 km Leaving Tana, you embark on a long journey where you will witness a complete change in landscape. A very long journey north through Maetavana. At times, the journey may be swift, while at other times, you can enjoy pleasant breaks along the way. There are fruits to buy, markets to explore, and local restaurants that are always worth a stop. Life is bustling along the way, often filled with cheerfulness!

Day 3: Ankarafantsika - Ankify

Long day trip of 520 km Today marks the beginning of the longest leg of the tour in the early morning, and it doesn't start on the best roads. A constant slalom between potholes significantly slows down the average speed. After lunch, you will continue heading north towards Ambanja. This small town in the Sambirano River region is famous for its cocoa and spice plantations.

Day 4: Ankify - Diego-Suarez

250 km stage This region, which was once a landlocked area, has always felt the call of the open sea. Here lies one of the best assets of the destination Madagascar: the combination of a remarkable marine environment with a terrestrial environment and a often exceptional biodiversity. Diego Suarez, a city steeped in history, where Yemenis, Somalis, Comorians, Arabs, Chinese, Indians, Pakistanis, and Europeans peacefully coexist with the Malagasy population, mainly Antakarana and Sakalava. The colonial architecture is still very much present. From Place Joffre, where our day ends, we enjoy a breathtaking view of Madagascar's third largest port. At this moment, Diego by Night begins with tasting skewers on the sidewalks. Numerous restaurants, bars, and nightclubs enliven the typical atmosphere of the city, sometimes until the end of the night.

Day 5: Diego on Motorbike - Montagne d'Ambre

Enjoy a day trip of around 100 km exploring the beautiful Montagne d'Ambre National Park. Experience one of the most stunning sunsets on the island - if not in the world. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience!

Day 6: Diego Suarez - Ankify (250 km)

Today's stage covers approximately 250 km. Along the way, we will encounter the "Red Tsingy", a natural wonder accessible through a not always practical path. These cathedrals, made of sandstone, marl, and limestone, are the result of erosion. The spectacle of these pinkish-red Tsingy, erected at the bottom of a canyon, is simply magical. Before continuing westward, we will drive through the Ankarana Reserve. A very rich fauna may allow us to observe some lemur species such as Lemur Coronatus, Lemur Fulvus, Lepilemur, and Hapalemur. Eroded by rain and water, the Tsingy form horizontal and vertical cracks, giving the impression of a huge pile of rocks, all amidst lush vegetation.

Day 7 - Ankify - Nosy-Be and Mont Passot

Approximately 50 km stage Between Ylang Ylang and Cocoa... We drive towards Ambanja through a beautiful road lined with fields or crops of ylang-ylang, pepper, coffee, vanilla, and cocoa, typical of this region which enjoys a constant microclimate and rainy nights. It starts from Ankify, a small fishing village where ships depart connecting the "Big Island" with Nosy Be. Nosy Be is a dream destination that anyone traveling to Madagascar should not miss. You will drive to Mont Passot, a volcanic hill in the middle of the island offering a 360° panorama.

Day 8: Nosy-Be - Antananarivo (Domestic Flight)

Depending on the flight time, a vehicle will be available for you to explore the city and do some shopping during the day. Overnight stay and dinner at Villa Sibylle.

Day 9: Antananarivo (international return flight)

You have a whole day to explore the city by car before being taken to the airport. The rooms at Villa Sibylle will be available for day use until your transfer. Enjoy your last moments in Antananarivo before heading home!
