Sailing Tour Discovery in 4 Days

Day 1: Nosy Be – Nosy Tany Kely – Russian Bay

Start your day with a shuttle pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the departure port.

Upon arrival, we will provide you with a detailed introduction about the upcoming destinations, our program, and other onboard and onshore activities. The sailing journey to the first stop will then begin.

The boat will sail to Tanikely, a protected marine reserve known for its diverse marine life, in a one-hour journey. Here, you can snorkel or take a kayak tour surrounded by sea turtles and colorful fish, a perfect start to your Madagascar exploration.

After some fun in the water, a delicious freshly prepared lunch awaits you.

You can then choose to visit the lighthouse or simply relax on the beach.

In the early afternoon, the sailboat will set off on a 3-hour journey to Russian Bay. Enjoy the stunning views on deck or relax in your cabin.

The first evening is for relaxation. You can enjoy a communal dinner and then unwind in your cabin or on deck.

Day 2: Russian Bay – Nosy Iranja – Baramahamay

Early in the morning, we set off for the next leg of our journey to the Nosy Iranja islands. The crossing takes approximately 2 hours.

This island is made up of two parts, connected by a beautiful white sandbank. It is anchored at the north-eastern part of Madagascar.

The sandbank, surrounded by turquoise water, provides a dreamy backdrop for photos.

Upon disembarking, a walk to the lighthouse and a visit to the town are on the agenda.

Enjoy your time at this paradise location with some snorkeling or kayaking. If you prefer, you can simply relax and take in the beauty.

After a hearty lunch on board, we continue to the Baramahamay River.

The 1-hour sailing tour takes you to a beautiful tributary, winding its way through a primary forest and mangrove forest.

Here, you have reached the second leg of the day.

Day 3: Barahamamay – Antsoa – Russian Bay

On the third day, an excursion to the city is on the agenda.

Visiting a traditional school will give you a glimpse into the daily life of the people in Madagascar. Feel free to bring donations such as pens and books for the students.

In the morning, the boat sets sail for a crossing to Antsoa, a private island.

The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours. Playful lemurs await you on site.

Interact with these adorable creatures, known for Madagascar, and enjoy a relaxing day in a dreamy setting.

A freshly prepared menu of local delicacies will be served right on time for lunch.

Spend a carefree afternoon on the sandy beach. You can swim, snorkel, or simply soak up the sun and relax.

In the afternoon, the sailboat leaves the island and returns to Russian Bay with a 45-minute boat ride.

Anchor at the bay and look forward to a great evening in the harbor of Russian Bay.

An exquisite dinner awaits you. Enjoy the luxurious meal and taste traditional specialties under a clear starry sky.

Day 4: Russian Bay – Ankazoberavina – Nosy Be

Early in the morning, your captain will take you on a 30-minute sailing trip to Ankazoberavina Ecolodge.

Upon arrival, you will be treated to a delicious gourmet breakfast.

You can then choose to explore the town with a guide or participate in a diving excursion (diving not included).

A sumptuous final lunch will be served right on time for lunchtime.

Afterwards, you will head back to the island of Nosy Be.

Enjoy one last time the unique view from onboard before being taken back to your hotel.
