Although typical of Madagascar, it is also very rare here and is always in demand by gourmets. Its taste is similar to the fresh aroma of black pepper. What sets it apart is its incredibly sophisticated complexity of flavors such as that of fresh forest floor, noble mushrooms, and other fruity-exotic notes. This pepper not only promises a special flavor experience, but also adds a touch of luxury to any dish.
