POLE STAGE
The digital platform “Pôle Stage” is now operational. It is an innovative gateway between young talents and industrial companies. This tool, designed to facilitate the search for internships in the industrial sector, allows young talents to access opportunities that match their skills and ambitions, and to benefit from practical advice to succeed in their professional integration. It also allows industrial companies that are members of the Syndicate of Industries of Madagascar (SIM) to expand their network of recruitment for qualified interns and future collaborators. Participants who have already attended “Pôle Stage” in-person training will have an active account by default on the platform. In addition, SIM members will share their expertise in a dedicated blog space to guide and support young individuals. These contents include a source of inspiration and advice for young people, techniques for writing CVs and cover letters, tips for successful job interviews, and best practices for behavior in the workplace and succeeding in their internship. It should be noted that the website https://www.pole-stages-mada.mg/ was entirely designed and developed by students from the National School of Computer Science (ENI) Fianarantsoa.

This exhibition aims to preserve, promote, and make the history of Madagascar accessible to all while affirming Malagasy cultural identity. It is worth noting that students have been trained by the Museum to accompany visitors in discovering the exhibition. “Memory and Images” is open to high school students from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. or by appointment at Lycée Moderne Ampefiloha.
