Day 1: Begin your journey in SambavaTo start this tour, you can either take an Air Madagascar domestic flight to Sambava or travel by car. The latter option offers many opportunities to explore parts of the fascinating island of Madagascar beforehand. From Sambava, you will head into the mountains, making a stop in Matsobe on the way to Andapa. After a hearty lunch, you will visit the private reserve of Antentiambo. This reserve provides amazing insights into the landscape of the East Coast, and a thorough tour with the reserve owners will give you plenty of information. Tonight, you will stay at the cozy Soaland Chalet. |

Day 2: From Andapa to Marojejy National ParkToday's Day starts early: Breakfast awaits you at six o'clock at a set table, and right after that, you'll head to Manantenina/Mandena. This is where the entrance to Marojejy National Park is located. Here, you will encounter one of the most impressive vegetation in all of Madagascar. Marojejy National Park is one of the least touched by human hands rainforests on the island, offering numerous adventures for you to explore. At 8:30 AM, you will embark on a two-day trek with the team through the fascinating nature of the park. First, you'll hike up to Camp Mantelle, where a stop for a hearty lunch is planned. Afterwards, you'll trek uphill for another three hours, navigating through some challenging terrain at times. But eventually, you'll reach Camp Marojejia. Simple shelters with bunk beds will serve as your accommodation here. Lunch will be freshly prepared on-site, and you'll spend the night in the unique setting of the captivating rainforest. |

Day 3: Farewell to Marojejy National Park and back to SambavaAfter breakfast, the hike back to Mandena and Manantenina begins. You will once again trek through the unique nature of the park and first head back to Camp Mantella, where you will be greeted with another delicious lunch. Around 2 pm, you will reach the vehicle that will take you back to Sambava, the starting point of this journey. There, you will enjoy a dinner followed by an overnight stay at the Soaland Apartments. |

Day 4: Exploring SambavaThis morning, you have plenty of opportunities to explore the surroundings of Sambava or the city itself. You can take a trip to the holy lake of Antahomaro and see the crocodiles living there, or visit one of the huge coconut plantations in the area. You can also purchase many premium vanilla pods at a great price. After all, Sambava is one of the most important trading hubs for vanilla in the world. In the afternoon, the journey ends with a transfer to the airport. Alternatively, your trip can be combined with a further tour so you can experience even more unforgettable adventures in Madagascar.
