Day 1: Arrival in AntananarivoInternational flights usually land in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. Once your plane has landed, we will personally pick you up to ensure that your arrival on the island goes smoothly. If you have any special requests upon your arrival, such as drinks, please let us know in advance. We will take care of this as well as the subsequent transfer to the nearby hotel Villa Sibylle. You will spend the night there and enjoy a delicious dinner with us beforehand. |

Day 2: Travel from Antananarivo to AndasibeStart your second day of your honeymoon in Madagascar by fueling up with a hearty breakfast before heading to Andasibe by car. Andasibe is a prosperous town in the eastern part of the country, located near the national park of the same name. On the way there, enjoy breathtaking views of the island's diverse landscapes from the car. Stop for lunch around midday in Moramanga, where you can enjoy a meal at a well-established restaurant. Upon reaching your destination for the day, you will be greeted by the Vakona Lodge, a accommodation that offers upscale amenities and delicious dining options for dinner. |

Day 3: Explore Andasibe National ParkThe Andasibe National Park is mainly known for the Indri lemurs that inhabit the area. The Indri lemurs are the last surviving species of giant lemurs and can weigh up to 14 kilograms. They captivate visitors with their breathtaking singing calls that can be heard for miles. On the third day of your journey, you will explore the Andasibe National Park on an extensive excursion, where you will encounter a variety of extraordinary wildlife such as birds, insects, and reptiles. You are guaranteed to see some of these unique animals during the tour. For lunch, you will return to the Vakona Lodge and visit the nearby Vakona Zoo, known for its various lemur species and other animals. In the evening, you will once again enjoy a romantic stay at the Vakona Lodge. |

Day 4: Dive into the Nest of DreamsOn the fourth day of your honeymoon in Madagascar, romance takes center stage. After breakfast, you set off by car towards the east. You will now notice the dramatic landscape changes and also experience a climatic shift. The destination of this leg of the journey is Manambato, where a boat awaits you. After a 45-minute ride, you will reach the Nest of Dreams (Ankanin`ny Nofy). Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking view of the wide lake with its beautiful sandy beach, and enjoy a unique dinner in this idyllic and romantic atmosphere. Afterwards, you can retreat for the night to the impressive Palmarium hotel. |

Day 5: Enjoy a Boat Tour on the Canal des PangalanesOn the fifth day of your honeymoon, you have a special highlight in store: a boat trip on the Canal des Pangalanes. This impressive waterway is lined with numerous lagoons, lakes, and other river channels, offering perfect photo opportunities for hobby photographers. At the same time, the Canal des Pangalanes is an ideal vantage point to observe the flora and fauna that have settled along the canal. Our destination is Ambila-Lemaintso, a quaint coastal town that invites you to take a stroll and explore. Afterwards, we will continue by car to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the diverse landscapes of Madagascar. We will return to the Palmarium Hotel, where you will once again enjoy the attractively decorated rooms and indulge in a delicious dinner. |

Day 6: The nightlife of Tamatave awaits youOn the sixth day, start your day with a hearty breakfast and then take a boat ride across Lake Ampitabe and Lake Rasoabe to Manambato. Afterwards, hop back into the car and drive north on the national road. You will arrive at the bustling port city of Toamasina, also known as Tamatave. This once famous Madagascan city is still known for its somewhat faded colonial charm. In particular, the nightlife of this city is famous beyond the region and will impress you with its diversity and sometimes untamed wildness. Numerous clubs and discos await you, revealing all the entertainment options available. In the evening, a table is reserved for you at one of the best restaurants in Tamatave, followed by an overnight stay at the Joffre hotel. |

Day 7: From Tamatave to Sainte MarieYour seventh day starts with a hearty breakfast, followed by boarding a speedboat on the Indian Ocean. This leg of the journey takes you to the island of Sainte Marie. In the past, the island was known primarily as a pirate hideout and was home to some infamous characters. Today, there are still many remnants from that time to explore on the island, including an old pirate cemetery. Sainte Marie now also captivates visitors as a luxurious retreat. Water sports and especially whale watching are popular activities on Sainte Marie, making it a tourist hotspot. For your stay, we have chosen one of the best lodges on the entire island, located just outside the main town of Ambodifotatra. This is the Adonys Eden Lodge, where your culinary highlight of the day, your dinner, awaits you. |

Day 8 and 9: Experience Sainte Marie at Your Own PaceYou now have two full days on Sainte Marie to tailor to your own desires. Based on experience, a quad bike is the ideal way to explore the island of Sainte Marie, which is why we provide you with one for the entire duration of your stay. Take a trip to Turtle Beach, visit the famous Pirate Cemetery, or indulge in the beauty of Ampanihy Lagoon. We are happy to help you put together the perfect package. Day 10: From Sainte Marie back to AntananarivoOn the tenth day, you will have to say goodbye to the beautiful island of Sainte Marie as you are taken to the airport and flown back to Antananarivo. Your package includes one night stay in Antananarivo and a transfer to the airport the next day. Extensions and additional tours are also available upon request. |
